Take it out and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Put the bar on a plate and cut out of it 24 little biscuits which are baked again in the oven on a baking paper. Bake them for 15-20 minutes.

Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh unsweetened strawberries
4 ox. Frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping
substitute sugar equivalent to 60g of sugar
½ package sugar-free pudding mix

Directions:

Place the strawberries and sugar substiture in a blender and process until smooth. Strain the seeds and discard.
Return the mixture to the blender and process again.
Add sugar-free pudding mix and process until smooth.
Transfer them to a large bowl.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon even into dessert dishes.
